The download below is already configured to connect here — you don't need to enter this anywhere.

1. Create an account on this website.
2. Download ArborTales Client (Full) above.
3. Extract the zip to a folder like C:\ArborTales. Avoid Program Files (Windows permissions can block the client there).
4. Run MapleStory.exe from that folder. (It auto-loads dinput8.dll, which connects you to the server — no separate launcher needed.)
5. Log in with your website account, pick a channel, and play!

• Antivirus warning? The client uses a custom DLL to connect, which antivirus tools often flag as a false positive. Allow the file or add an exclusion for the ArborTales folder.
• Game won't launch? Right-click MapleStory.exe → Run as administrator. Make sure you extracted the full zip (don't run it from inside the archive).
• Can't connect? Confirm your firewall isn't blocking the client, and that you're using the latest download from this page.

Advanced users can connect an existing clean v83 client by dropping dinput8.dll and config.ini into the client folder, then setting ServerIP_Address=YOUR_SERVER_IP in config.ini. The full download above already has this done for you.
